Large Alcoove studio apartment centrally located in Midtown West. The studio apartment is well equipped and prepared for the guest arrival with a nice set of fresh towels and linens.The studio apartment has an original wood floor and the walls are well decorated with pictures and paintings. The place is sunny and bright with large windows. The apartment is fully furnished, open kitchen and bathroom. Instructions Upon arrival: 1 )Prior to arrival the clients need to send us their flight information and specific time of arrival via email to pavelalterinc@aol.com. 2 ) On arrival the clients have to call the phone number below from the airport to confirm their arrival. 3 ) They go directly to the apartment located 436 west 49th street between 9 and 10 avenue, Eric will be waiting for them in front of the building to give them the keys and show them the apartment. 4 ) Check in 3 PM - Check out 11 am. In case of late departures they can drop their bags at the office located : 320 West 75th street suite 1A ( corner Riverside drive ) Phone number : (1) 646-644-8212 & 646-267-2117 or 212-462-2717 and 212-580-7230 if they cannot reach us on the cellphone.

Cancellation Policy
We require a two night deposit and the balance is due at the Hotel. Soon after confirmation you will receive the Direct Loft Voucher with general information and information on how to retrieve your key. Cancellations after 90 days to arrival will incur in 1 night penalty Cancellations after 45 days to arrival will incur in 2 night penalty Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival will incur 50% of total. No shows will be charged the penalty of 50% of the total plus tax.
