Location. The Dream occupies a Midtown Manhattan Beaux Arts building located one block from Carnegie Hall in New York, N.Y. This property stands two blocks from Fifth Avenue and four blocks from Central Park. Hotel Features. The Dream's two-story lobby incorporates a surreal collection of artistic elements that includes a neon-lit aquarium, a sailing-vessel-shaped crystal chandelier, and a copper statue of Catherine the Great. A glass elevator transports guests to the Chopra Center and Spa which offers saunas and steam rooms, Ayurvedic therapies, a mud room, and yoga and meditation classes. The 1950s retro-style Ava Lounge, named after film star Ava Gardner, is open seasonally and serves signature cocktails. The Rm.Fify5 lobby lounge is open from mid-afternoon until late evening.
